The North - Gondwana Etosha Collection:
Welcome to the animal kingdom. Namibia’s central
north, where average annual rainfall is much higher
than in the south, is characterised by typical African
tree and shrub savannah. It is home to many herbivores
like elephant, rhino, giraffe, eland, oryx, impala,
springbok, zebra and gnu, but also to predators such
as lion, leopard, cheetah and hyena. They can be found
in large numbers in Etosha National Park. The accommodation
facilities of the Gondwana Etosha Collection are the
ideal starting point for a safari into the park.
The South - Gondwana Desert Collection:
Welcome to the desert. Four deserts meet in southern
Namibia – the Kalahari, Nama Karoo, Succulent
Karoo and Namib. Their common denominator is low rainfall,
high temperatures and intense evaporation. Nevertheless
they boast an incredible diversity of scenery and
habitats. Many animals and plants do not occur anywhere
else on earth, as they have adapted to their specific
conditions over millions of years. Experience the
