Lodge Manager: Overseeing and guiding overall operations of the lodge and exercise leadership skills to supervise staff on behalf of lodge management and be knowledgeable in assisting with administrative duties. Co-ordinates and delegates the management team. more

Social Media Manager - French Markets: Promote Gondwana Collection Namibia and Namibia destination for overseas french markets. Develop content targeted for the French-speaking online community. Direct French customer engagement, building an online presence, and chat platforms. Promote and strengthen Gondwana Collection Namibia and Namibia as brand(s) on French social media platforms. more

Lodge-based Junior Hospitality Skills Trainer: You are committed to share your passion for service excellence and equip teams with skills, knowledge and a fun-approach to serve guests and make their day! You will travel continuously, working at Gondwana Collection Namibia’s hotels and lodges. more

Gondwana’s Peoples Team is also looking for lodge-based Bartenders and Chefs who are good team players and feel comfortable in rural environments.
