Assistant Reservations Manager: Operators: Ensure the efficient operation of lodge reservations, revenue management and related areas according to Gondwana standards. Maximize occupancy, manage team; and maintaining efficient reservations administration and controls. To promote and sell the company accommodation facilities.  more

Lodge Manager
: Overseeing and guiding overall operations of the lodge and exercise leadership skills to supervise staff on behalf of lodge management and be knowledgeable in assisting with administrative duties. Co-ordinates and delegates the management team. more

Reservations Consultants: Ensure that clients are treated warmly and professionally as this position usually is the first direct contact of a potential guest with the Gondwana Collection. Promote and sell the company accommodation facilities and their products to achieve the highest possible occupancy. more

Payroll Administrator: Gondwana is seeking a self-motivated, dedicated individual to join the Gondwana People team to assist the Senior HR Manager in the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll, and administering all Payroll related functions. more

Technical Manager: Ensure that lodges are mechanically fully operational. Maintain and implement the Gondwana standards of functionality, ecology and environmental awareness. Ensure the cost-effective management of the maintenance. This position will require near constant travelling. more
